Unused tickets must be mailed to:

Be sure to include:
Original ticket: Name; Address and Telephone number.
Martz is not responsible for tickets lost in the mail. NOTE: you may drop unused tickets off at one of our full service Martz terminals to be forwarded for processing. Sorry, cash refunds at our terminals are prohibited.
All requests for refunds must go through our general office and take 7-10 business days. Refunds are given to the original Purchaser only. Only tickets bearing our company name are eligible for refund.

Refunds are based on the value of the unused portion of the ticket. Values are determined as follows:
Wholly unused full-fare tickets will be refunded at the purchase price paid.
